Tyler is by far the best representative I've had. He is always cheerful, keeps me completely informed as things progress, and goes the extra mile. For instance, when my Extra Care representative was giving me the run-around on a flat tire gone bad (they used the wrong lug nuts and damaged the flange) Tyler intervened and had the matter quickly resolved. Every time I come in the paperwork is already prepared so I can minimize my time at the dealership. He makes good suggestions, and although I know many times he's "up-selling" it never appears that way. I believe he has my best interests at heart. If I could steal him away for my own business, I would! More
What a delightful experience I had when servicing my SL500 on Thursday 08/25/11. I was taking the car on the road and needed tires and also needed to check a problem with the car's pick up. As I sat down, Tyler Black was very inquisitive about what I thought was going on with my car and was very responsive to my needs. He promptly emailed me a full recommendation sheet with what the awesome mechanic, Quentin Wynn, ascertained. Some of the items were even under warranty! Proactive Service not Reactive!!! Wow how good is that! They made sure I had a checklist of what was needed to be done in the future to keep my MB in tip top shape. You Go Boys! I'm a single female so I have now taken on both Tyler & Quentin as my "Merc Benz Husbands" knowing they won't lead me astray (or try to divorce me)! I know I will always get an HONEST answer as to what I need to have done. NO extras. NO sugar coatings. I received professional quality service and the best pricing. Trust me I did my comparison shopping and have been around the MB dealer's service area circuit. That Quentin knows his way around a Mercedes Benz and will make sure the integrity of the car is not compromised. I LIKE THAT! Hats off for a job well done to both Tyler Black and Quentin Wynn. They made what is usually for me a stressful experience into a pleasant adventure. This will be a long lasting business relationship between the three of us. They are honest and look out for your best interest without being pushy about things you choose not to have done at that time. This was my first experience with the service department at Atlanta Classic Cars, and it was positive all around. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and Tyler took time to understand my concerns. He even suggested I not proceed with an oil change (had been recommended by non-dealer service person) as they are only needed every 10-13K miles with my car. He could have easily gone along with my request and made more money. My car was promplty evaluated and I was offered a loaner once it was determined that the repair would take longer than 2 hours. The warranty repair was completed earlier than anticipated and the car was ready (and clean) when I arrived. I also had a very favorable interaction with Tammy (cashier). She was very friendly and quickly got me through the checkout process. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle at Atlanta Classic Cars. More
