I just had my E-55 and my SL-55 in for service on the E, and some repairs for the SL. She is a total professional and a complete pleasure to deal with. She took care of everything that I requested of her and she responded to my requests with immediate concern and care, and resolved all of the problems with both vehicles. One phone call, that's all it took to get everything handled. Kim is beyond courteous and mega efficient. She does what shes says she is going to do, when she says that it will be done. Solid platimum! That is the way I would describe her. The entire experience in dealing with this dealership and this service writer is beyond outstanding and should be held up as an example for other dealerships, not just Mercedes dealerships, but all dealerships to follow. This was my second vehicle from Atlanta Classic Cars. There were some issues the first time I took the car out of town. I was in a fairly rural area and there was no dealership within 100+ miles. In relation to the question about price for service; it’s not about the price charged; it's about the relationships developed with Atlantic Classic Cars personnel. I know that when my car is in for service e not about the price charged; it's about the relationships developed with Atlantic Classic Cars personnel. I know that when my car is in for service everyone will do everything needed to ensure that I will be treated with respect, appreciation and that my vehicle will be serviced to the highest Mercedes standards. This is why I bring my cars in for service. I know I could probably get the work done for less money at an independent shop, but it's your people who keep me as a loyal Atlantic Classic Cars customer. Everyone from the greeter to the person who delivers my vehicle is an ambassador of good will and customer service. My service advisor, Kim Cates, is not just a business associate; she a friend who always has time to answer questions and provide technical assistance. Thanks Kim! More
Just a positive experience overall. Salesman was friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. We came there from another experience at looking at a different Merdedes where the salesman would not hon friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. We came there from another experience at looking at a different Merdedes where the salesman would not honor a advertised internet price, he claimed it was a mistake, so we just happened to see the Mercedes dealer off the highway and stopped in. We think we were very fortunate and lucky to stop in and leave with a used very clean and beautiful 1 owner car. More

Over the past 11 years since I moved to Atlanta, we have purchased 7 cars from ACC. The reason?
