Kim Harward Cates is by far the best service advisor I have ever worked with in my entire driving life. She is knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. We started our relationship with ACC in 1986 - purchasing and servicing. Since then we have purchased all of our six Benz and never used anyone else for Service or Sales. Why?
