Kim Harward Cates is by far the best service advisor I have ever worked with in my entire driving life. She is knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. My sense is that they pride themselves on being able to track down any issue and solve it. I have never had to bring my vehicle back a second time to "re-fix" something. She will say, "Wanda, this item is 911 or call me to schedule some time in the next few months to get it taken care of". So many places these days recommend service that is not really necessary just to increase their revenue. Kim has been providing great guidance and consultation to me over the past 9 years and thanks to her dedication and integrity, I will be coming back to Atlantic Classic Cars in the next few months to buy my next Mercedes. As usual, it was great working with Kim. I dropped off my car for service during lunch. She had everything ready for me; I was in and out of the office within minutes. We started our relationship with ACC in 1986 - purchasing and servicing. Since then we have purchased all of our six Benz and never used anyone else for Service or Sales. Why? Service Excellence - again, the Service Manager Jay Hardwick, allocates the time required to do the work right the first time - in 27 years, thanks to Kim Cates, there have been NO do overs! Pre owned sales - who could tell it had been pre owned - not me. New Sales - dreams come true. Always advising and never pushy. My 2010 European Deliver experience, thanks to Jesse Cannon, was the very best and we will do it again. Excellence and Winning go together to produce a partnership that is unbeatable. I came to Atlanta Classic Cars to service my 2010 C-class. I worked with Bobby Waites, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would gladly come back to Atlanta Classic Cars to have my car serviced because of Mr. Waites. His customer service was so good that I did not have to question pricing of service or whether my car was in good hands. More
