I have worked with Kim Cates for many years. I know my car will be serviced with quality and in a professional,friendly and caring manner. Kim has never failed to meet any of my service needs. My car has been serviced twice in the last month for different reasons. My car was picked up( in my time frame), I was given a loaner car, called with an estimate to discuss and approve the repair, the car was repaired, returned and the loaner picked up. Rick has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. One last year we had a reocurring issue with a tire, as I was leaving to go out of town the tire was flat again. Rick reassured me that he would handle it, Rick had the car towed in and a loaner car driven to our house for my wife. That was awsome, Rick got the issue with the tire resolved, delivered the car back to the house for my wife. In addition, I appreciate the amenities provided by the dealer for customers waiting for their cars to be serviced and the fact that my car is cleaned inside and out at the completion of each trip for service.
