Our team of over 150 employees strives everyday to offer excellence in customer service. We hope that over forty years we have learned and appreciate how important every customer is. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. We received your numerous complaints via social media from Dealerrater, Yelp, Edmunds and Google etc. Our Client Care team will do their job fairly and respectfully. You will be given the same options and services that all of our guests are offered. We pride ourselves on doing things the right way. Each time you called us for service, we have given you an accurate timeline to get the service done. The same as all our other guests. Unfortunately, there are circumstances where we cannot immediately meet our guest needs. But we will always do our very best. We do not judge our guests on how much they have spent.
