We started our relationship with ACC in 1986 - purchasing and servicing. Since then we have purchased all of our six Benz and never used anyone else for Service or Sales. Why? The ownership and all associates are committed (obsessed) with Customer Care. They understand and practice the mantra, when the Customer is Right, We are never wrong. Service Excellence - again, the Service Manager Jay Hardwick, allocates the time required to do the work right the first time - in 27 years, thanks to Kim Cates, there have been NO do overs! Pre owned sales - who could tell it had been pre owned - not me. New Sales - dreams come true. Always advising and never pushy. My 2010 European Deliver experience, thanks to Jesse Cannon, was the very best and we will do it again. Excellence and Winning go together to produce a partnership that is unbeatable. ACC and the Team are loyal to me and I am loyal to them. What a great relationship - my wife and I operate our MB with confidence and pride. More

I came to Atlanta Classic Cars to service my 2010 C-class. I worked with Bobby Waites, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. The oil leak on the garage floor prompted us to bring the car in. Bobby Waites really went the extra mile with getting the work done and coordinating with the warranty company. What was important - is that - while we had a very disappointing experience with this car from the get go - Bobby was a true professional all along. He made this entire experience painless and took every additional step to make sure - we had a good experience with this service call. ACC needs people like Bobby Waites - who can change the whole customer experience and perception - without a hint of frustration in his voice, or displaying bad attitude to customers. The attitude of your service team needs to be realigned - and Bobby Waites should be a role model. This is the greatest dealership in the world. And the service department is tops. Every time I tell anyone about this service department, they cannot believe what I am telling them. From the complimentary gourmet coffee and snacks, to the comfortable waiting area (for those who are waiting for their cards) with large TVs, it is always pleasant while waiting. Kim, my service advisor is wonderful. She has always been very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I was there today for routine service and as always, she provided the best customer service. Kim can never leave!
