Called Kim and asked about the wheel and tire insurance we bought on the car. She said "no appointment needed, bring it any time". If the insurance claim is easy she makes it easier. Got that taken care of like 10 mins. Not long after, I hit a couple potholes and rocks on the roads of Midtown and one of my AMG wheel was victimized. It was like seeing the most beautiful thing hurt and damaged in a way that's no better than the end of the world. I emailed Kim again the night of labor day. The next morning she sent someone to call me for an appointment coz' wheel people are not there every day. We brought it and again Kim made it a breeze to get that taken of. We all know expensive cars need some insurance, but without the guaranteed service that is going to back that up any insurance would be a scam, to say the worst. In that sense, Kim and her ACC team are the reason why these premier insurance products are able to stand on their ground - the first class service that stands behind it is what makes them real. More

I have had a very interesting situation with a CPO M/B GL 450, which I purchased in California last December 2013. The vehicle had many issues, which I feel the selling dealership, Mercedes Benz of South Bay (Torrance CA) overlooked. The electrical issues that I have encountered, caused the vehicles window and sunroof to open without warning and resulted in the vehicle being flooded while on a road trip in N. Georgia. Although Atlanta Classic Cars is totally uninvolved in the sale of this ( I call it the Poltergeist) vehicle, they have gone to the farthest lengths I have ever experienced in addressing the issues, fighting with M/B USA on my behalf and even paying out of their own dealership budget for much of the more than $10,000 in repair, loaner vehicle and non-warranty related resolutions of these ongoing issues. This is a unique set of circumstances and for this totally neutral dealership to delve into and heck, just downright take charge of this 6 month odyssey and do everything in their power to make me as whole as possible......well I am thrilled, amazed and forever thankful for the support and assistance of these 3 gentlemen and the entire staff, from thje greeters to the loaner vehicle staff, to all I have encountered at this amazing dealership. I am forever a client of Atlanta Classic Cars in Duluth, GA! and just fyi....this saga continues and they remain the best advocates a customer could ask for! More

The first service of my car since moving to Atlanta was at ACC with Kim. It was random, but thank God for this opportunity for us to know Kim. She was smart, straightforward, down to earth, fun, and just different, and has always been. It's pain to have to pay for the service, but it is happiness and fun to have it taken care of by Kim and the team she leads. She makes us feel complete trust and absolute respect, which are rare nowadays and rarer. She has got absolutely no BS which is frequent with a lot of the dealerships and shops. She is always busy attending to customers' needs, and everybody just loves her. I live about 25 miles from there, and I have several dealerships that are very close to me. However, I'll never go anywhere else. Kim should never retire, because she is the reason we go there to have our cars serviced and she is also the inspiration for our lives to work harder, be cheerful, and to never give up. I had my 2004 S430 with 51K miles in for service and spent in the last 1.5 years $11,300 in service. All for nothing they now told me to go to other dealership after incorrectly installing my new $1,300 review mirror. Be careful what dealership you buy and service with. I can't say they're all like this but Atlanta Classic Cars in Atlanta GA is worthless all the way to the general manager Bruce Lamb they just do what they can and tell you to figure out the rest. Of course after taking your money. Maybe the didn't get the MEMO "The best or nothing" — at Atlanta Classic Cars. More

The Collision Department goes above and beyond—They really perform two jobs: Working with your insurance company to ensure they pay for the best quality parts possible, and repairing your car. This team will absolutely not cut corners in your repair, and they will make sure the insurance company pays for the parts you deserve. I have no idea how they did it—but after almost 11,000 dollars worth of repairs, they managed to get my insurance to pay to replace every damaged piece of my car with a genuine Mercedes part. I have a feeling Denise must have spent hours on the phone with insurance on my behalf. What’s more, I had a leak at the corner of my door window from a previous repair, and they managed to fix that, free of charge. They warranty all of the repairs, and they will do everything they can to make you happy. I highly recommend them; they have earned my business for years to come! More
