No fooling around if need a courtesy vehicle you’re in one and ion your way pronto. Then, each time this had been the case for us, our vehicle is ready on time or before as promised. Work done to satisfaction... couldn’t be better. And kudos to John Kim, knowledge able and effective advisor. Only criticism, wish could get an appointment a bit sooner... usually at least 10 days out... otherwise a perfect 10! More

No follow up and no customer service Had a horrible experience at the Atlanta Classic Cars Collision center with the employees over there. Spoke to whi I was told was the GM on Saturday. Had a horrible experience at the Atlanta Classic Cars Collision center with the employees over there. Spoke to whi I was told was the GM on Saturday. GM told me I was owed an apology and they would call me on Monday. Like most of the promises these people make, it was a lie. Its now Tuesday. No call, no email, nothing. No response at all. Guess my business isn’t valued like they tout and Gene started on Saturday. They don’t follow through or follow up. There are choices for Mercedes in Atlanta, I’ll be using one of them now for my services, new car purchases and anything else Mercedes Benz related. I encourage you to do the same. More

This is the first time I have done this and I feel it necessary that someone recognizes the value of this Service Advisor. He is a refreshing change for the better at the Atlanta Classic Boggs road location. Previously I had experience mixed results from service advisors and Jim has put that all to rest. Outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and excellent communication skills. He recognizes potential problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently. Great place to buy or service a Mercedes While waiting to pick up my serviced car, I was introduced to Mr Finn Misa who was very pleasant and willing to show new cars to my daughter and I. He has great experience with Mercedes Benz and allowed us to test drive GLC 300.
