Great service, friendly people, timely response, honest opinions and feedback. Took my AMG in for an A3 service, refresher and A/C flashing light. It's a very nice dealership. However, some service greeters needs to be a bit more polite. Some mechanics servicing your vehicle needs to be more detailed oriented and do a complete check of the vehi greeters needs to be a bit more polite. Some mechanics servicing your vehicle needs to be more detailed oriented and do a complete check of the vehicles. Not replacing what the service manuals call for is a disservice to the customer. It does not matter if a part looks serviceable, it should be replaced based on the service manual at the specified mileage. Last, after the work is done the foreman or a quality assurance person should do an inspection of that work. More
