I had to ask multiple times for my car to be dried after having to come back up to the premises after being told they couldn’t wash my car the day I received an oil change. Go to Buckhead! Mr. Toussant Green has no respect for Black women and I’m going to be sure that corporate knows about his lack of professionalism! I’m going to make sure he doesn’t forget me. **Very Bad Experience – Avoid if You Value Your Time** I’ve had two terrible experiences with Jackson Barron, the service advisor at this location. Every time I pick up my car, I end up waiting Time** I’ve had two terrible experiences with Jackson Barron, the service advisor at this location. Every time I pick up my car, I end up waiting in the lobby for 45–60 minutes while he finishes up his endless phone calls. It's happened multiple times, and it's beyond frustrating. It's clear he doesn’t prioritize customers in front of him. When I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, I followed up with Jackson after waiting half a day for any update. He finally got back to me with the excuse that it was a busy day, and my car hadn’t even made it to service yet. Funny enough, the shop wasn’t busy at all when I dropped it off—it seems like he just forgot about me entirely. To make matters worse, Jackson promised to call me the next day when the oil change was completed. Half the day went by with no word from him. When I called the office, I was informed that he had gone home for the day without bothering to call me. Jackson is not responsible, not professional, and certainly doesn’t embody what you’d expect from a service advisor. If you’re looking for someone who forgets about you, doesn’t communicate, and keeps you waiting forever, then Jackson is your guy. Otherwise, I’d recommend finding someone who actually values their customers. More
