STAY AWAY. Do not ever do business with this dealership. You will be sorry. My pristine convertible SL was permanently damaged by this dealership. I took it to their service department because my trunk would not open. A simple repair that should have taken less than an hour to reset the computer. They had my car for six hours, charged me $300 for nothing, and did not fix the problem. They made it worse, instead of not opening, now the trunk would not close. The trunk would just pop open again when you pushed the trunk lid down. I took my car to another Mercedes dealership, who said that Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast removed my trunk latch, broke it and installed it improperly, that is why my trunk will not close. They also said the Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast removed parts from my car and did not replace the parts they removed. Also, they damaged the wiring harness in my trunk, and the exposed wires could possibly cause an electrical fire. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Do you want to take your new Mercedes-Benz to this incompetent repair shop? There will only damage your new car. Do business with another Mercedes Benz dealership. There were two ladies I encountered at the service desk. The first one was a nice young lady. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped me locate my service rep Christy. The second one was not. I had to ask multiple times for my car to be dried after having to come back up to the premises after being told they couldn’t wash my car the day I received an oil change. Go to Buckhead! Mr. Toussant Green has no respect for Black women and I’m going to be sure that corporate knows about his lack of professionalism! I’m going to make sure he doesn’t forget me.
