Unprofessional sales consultant mercedes benz arcadia I asked a quote on GLE 350 and never got any number from one of the salsles consultant here. The worst thing she responded my email in unprofessional way. I keep the email and will post it somewhere if anybody request it. Mercedes Benz Arcadia has achieved higher rating because of the work of other professional team management and sales. However, it came to my surprise this luxury brand dealership is employing "frustration" sales consultant. Her attitude didn't represent the high rating mercedes benz arcadia. I am of course disappointed to encounter such behavior that I didnt expect from this luxury brand auto and high rating dealership, poor customer service and not friendly internet sales consultant alicia arch. I will continue to find the right person with the right attitude to get me the car I want. More

Amazing experience on my first MB:) I went to Rusnak Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia last week knowing that I really wanted the GLE 350 I had reviewed. I had an appointment with Denise and she I went to Rusnak Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia last week knowing that I really wanted the GLE 350 I had reviewed. I had an appointment with Denise and she was amazing! She was friendly, very professional and was genuinely enthusiastic to show me all the features the GLE came with. I appreciated that she thoroughly explained all the safety driving features (which is why I wanted a MB) and drove the vehicle out first before I test drove it because it made me feel comfortable. Never did I feel pressured, even though she knew I was going to test drive another make/model right after. Needless to say, I was out of the other dealer in 25 minutes and came back for the GLE! Thanks to Denise, I knew exactly what I was looking for in my next SUV. She is very knowledgeable about the MB vehicles and has excellent interpersonal skills. She even took a picture of me with my new car since I went by myself and sent it to me later. Up at finance, Joanna was also very helpful in making the process go smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience buying my first MB. I never felt rushed or pressured, and left confident that I had made the right choice. I will definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia for their welcoming and stellar customer service. More

Great deal & customer experience I ordered a custom build of 2018 GLC300 from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia after three other Mercedes dealerships (Ontario, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica I ordered a custom build of 2018 GLC300 from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia after three other Mercedes dealerships (Ontario, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica) had failed to offer reasonable deals and/or placing a factory order. Mercedes of Arcadia was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. I already knew the exact options I wanted on the car and the price I was willing to pay. They gladly accepted my terms and assisted all the way through. When the time came to pick up the car, all the documents were ready for me to sign. The process was quick and easy. No hidden fees or last minute change of terms. The finance team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Mercedes Benz of Arcadia enough!
