No back and forth, straight to the point which I like. Didn’t waste time at all! Joana in finance was great too! She worked late on a Sat to help us finish the transaction and gave us good info and feedback on different protection package, which I am soooo grateful that I listened to her advise about the tire protection. I ended up having a big screw punctured in my new tire on the next day (believe it or not)!!!!! Jennifer helped me at the service department w tire replacement.
