Overall great customer service. Professional and knowledgeable staff. However I am surprised as an established dealership that prides itself on service it missed that mark on being proactive and thi knowledgeable staff. However I am surprised as an established dealership that prides itself on service it missed that mark on being proactive and this COVID-19 situation when it comes to disinfecting loaners. I had to disinfect the loaner I was given recently because there was no established protocol for this process. The car was clean and washed but no notice inside the car stating it was disinfectant. Mike Tone is great and in no way is this a reflection on his service. The loaner disinfectant process should be already added process when releasing loaners given the current COVID-19 situation. Customers would greatly appreciate that extra safety step you would take for the safety of your customers. More
