As a Mercedes-Benz owner, I have always trusted the brand for its quality and professionalism. However, my recent service experience at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia has been disappointing. I am sharing this factual feedback to help others make informed decisions and to encourage the dealership to improve its service. Incident Details: 1. Service Information: • On November 18, 2024, I brought my 2018 Sprinter 2500 to Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia for a routine B-Service maintenance. 2. Issue Encountered: • On the evening of November 19, 2024, while driving home, I discovered a severe fuel leakage from the vehicle after the service. This posed a significant safety hazard, with the potential to cause a fire. • On November 20, 2024, I contacted the dealership, and the vehicle was towed back for further inspection. 3. Dealership’s Response: • The service team stated that the fuel leakage was caused by a defective fuel filter and not related to their installation or maintenance work. • However, the leakage occurred within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership, leading me to question whether the installation process or post-maintenance inspection was thorough enough. My Concerns: • Safety Hazards: A fuel leakage during operation is a critical safety issue that could have endangered my life and the safety of others on the road. • Accountability: While the dealership attributed the issue solely to a defective component, the timing and nature of the leakage suggest that installation or inspection may also have been factors. • Customer Experience: The handling of this situation has undermined my trust in the safety and reliability of my vehicle and the service provided by Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. My Requests: 1. I urge Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia to review this incident thoroughly and implement measures to prevent similar issues in the future. 2. I hope Mercedes-Benz headquarters will also review this matter to ensure that the dealership’s service process meets the brand’s high standards. Conclusion: I am sharing this review in hopes that Mercedes-Benz will take this matter seriously and work towards providing better service and safety for all customers. Despite this experience, I still believe in the Mercedes-Benz brand and hope this issue will be resolved appropriately. More

Update: Scammed. Go to other dealer. I've been scammed well over $6,500 on my purchase. Sales rep, Jack Shen and finance, Harout Arslanian assured my car will be Go to other dealer. I've been scammed well over $6,500 on my purchase. Sales rep, Jack Shen and finance, Harout Arslanian assured my car will be sold to me for $40,000, despite what the paper said. After the billing cycle, $ seemed off and realized I was being charged over $6,500 . Texted sales rep multiple times, but was ignored multiple times. His final answer was " I don't know what to say " Finance manager is ignoring for multiple days now as well. How foolish was I to trust them. All the words they made up, ended spending so much more than what I was promised on. William Ho, who is next highest after general manager, was not helpful either. He was only his employee's side and just said nothing he can do. His only explanation was "maybe you heard them wrong, maybe you were confused, although it is a good deal still". How can someone be confused with such a big important numbers..it felt like he was mocking me at very best. Edit: General sales manager, Stevie called back. Seemed unempathetic and was more aware to the review than my issue. He offered free "car wash" to make me feel better. Then, his true color showed. He seemed even more excited and eager to fight (his voice tone rose) when I said I wanted to see if I can take legal action only to the 2 reps who lied to me - his voice went up and said "SURE! WE'LL FORWARD YOUR INFORMATION TO OUR LEGAL TEAM TO PREPARE FOR YOU". He didn't care for me. He only cared about review and didn't mind to fight. What a service. Overall, Jack and Harout scammed me and ignored my text and email, William accused me of being confused and improper, then there is Stevie who was the worst - as he only seemed to want me to remove the review then proceeded to insult and make a fight. I'll seek to legal counseling for this. Forget about the money lost, it's a justice that needs to be served. More

I've been looking for a new Mercedes for over a year and have really found it a pain to deal with car dealerships. I hate the process. This Saturday I was online and noticed a car available at Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia and a salesperson named John Blackledge sent me a text. John was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and help point me in a right direction I cannot tell you how incredibly satisfied I am with this experience. John so informative he was willing to work with me to get me in the right car and help me pick the right lease I cannot say enough of how great of an employee this guy is to have at your organization. Since I've purchased I've had a couple questions and he immediately responds I would highly recommend keeping him aboard and buying a car from John Blackledge.
