I bought an SL500 here, the car broke down after the first week in NV. This dealer would not cover for anything. I lost over 4K in taxi bills and noone will talk to me about the problem. The general sales manager refuses to call me back and called me a liar when I told him that HE doesn'nt return my messages. Tried to talk to the district manager Brian Deets, but noone knows how to get in touch with him. Horrible Experience. You would think that after spending $89,000.00 on a car, at least the service would be good. More

Usually get my 3 benzes serviced here. Usually pretty reliable and friendly, but nothing special in terms of prices. Offer free shuttle if you live in the area, but the wait is not worth it. They also are not very good at returning phone calls and am waiting for a few parts to come in which were supposedly ordered a month ago... <br><br>Never purchased from here, but they have some extreme markups on AMG benzes in the 10-20k range! I inquired about ordering a 2004 E55 AMG before it was released and the salesman said they won't take my order, but were willing to sell me one $25k over sticker. He must have thought I looked like an idiot.... More
