Jon Montgomery, in particular, at Rusnak/Arcadia made shopping for and purchasing our new MB an actual pleasure -- not something many people say about the car buying experience. Jon was informed, helpful, attentive, respectful, , and supportive of our decision making process. He helped us find the model and features we wanted at a good price, including a fair trade-in value for our old car. He and his team were happy/eager to answer all our questions, provided very patient and helpful guidance for using the car's new technology -- even to the point of inviting us to call at any time and to return in a couple of weeks to ask them more questions about how to use the car's many features. They actually want us to be happy with their product, while salesmen at several other dealerships lacked basic information about the models we were interested in, or ignored us, made us wait over an hour just to look at and test drive the kind of car we wanted, or acted too desperate for a sale. LIke Goldilocks, we found Jon and Rusnak/Arcadia in general to be "just right" for us. We have owned the car only a few days, so I won't know about their service dept for awhile (I hope). But I can readily recommend the sales department to others. More
