One of my tires needed replacing, the service team squeezed me in last minute I was in and out within an hour. Brian Edwards attention is what brings me back to Arcadia Rusnak, he always goes above and beyond for his customers. The service department is always friendly and courteous. I do have 2 complaints 1.The waiting lounge is disappointing-hopefully there will be more detail and attention in the new construction. 2. There was a constant, annoying, low battery "beep" in the waiting lounge I ask the receptionist to do something about it, she mumbled she would look into it, but I she never returned and nothing was done. I looked for her and asked her what she was going to do about the noise, she said she couldn't do anything about it. I believe a simple call to the alarm system would have been the solution. Sometimes employees need to know they can think outside of the box. I cannot wait to see the new facilities, I expect them to be up to Mercedes Benz standard and nothing less. More
