He listens to my concerns of the used car and will fix the imperfections that i noticed on the used car at a later date. He explained clearly at all the features and detail that the car can provide. I took my friend there to check out the 2014 ML350 and right when we stepped into the door, Andre was already there to assist us. We told him the options we wanted and he took us to take a look at the car immediately. Andre explained the details of the car very thoroughly and the feature I liked the most about is the Auto-Parking! It did took me quite a few attempts to learn it, but Andre very patiently showed me how to get it done! I test drove the car instead of my friend since she just passed her driving test so she didn't want to risk anything. My friend was just as amazed as I was because of the awesome features in the car! She purchased the car yesterday(7/8/14) and she's very satisfied with Andre's excellent service and of course her first new car! I would definitely recommend this dealership and remember to look for Andre if you want GREAT services. More
