On March 31st, 2025, I went to this dealership to test drive a car and hopefully trade in my car and buy a car. We were there all of an hour and they did not even negotiate or give me a good price on my drive a car and hopefully trade in my car and buy a car. We were there all of an hour and they did not even negotiate or give me a good price on my trade in. They gave me one offer only with an inflated apr and a deflated price for my trade in, so we left. Krystal was no help at all!!! So then on April 5 we went to Mercedes Benz of South Bay in Torrance and they treated us like royalty. They gave us a great trade in value for my Ford Explorer and I bought a GLB 250. I do not recommend this dealership at all! Going to another dealership was the best decision I made. Thank you Mercedes Benz South Bay Torrance you are the best!!!! More
