MERCEDES Benz of Annapolis is Outstanding This is the third different Mercedes Benz service department I have taken my vehicle to for service. I did not return to the first two dealerships bec This is the third different Mercedes Benz service department I have taken my vehicle to for service. I did not return to the first two dealerships because I was not happy with their service. At the Annapolis service department I was treated like I was a long time member of their family. I found the center to be clean and efficiently run. Tommy Tate was my service agent and he was absolutely amazing. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, he assisted me right away. He was friendly and very efficient. I was provided a loaner car without any delay. The service on my car was completed timely. I am really impressed with Mercedes Benz of Annapolis Service Department and will definitely return there for future service on my vehicle. Even though the other two service centers I have gone to are closer, it is worth the extra time it takes to get to Annapolis to receive quality service. I hope to get Tommy Tate for my agent when I return. More

Great Customer Service My service advisor Alex Clothier is phenomenal! He works to provide me with awesome customer service. My truck is treated well and works amazing. He was patient, pleasant personable ( this is how he has always been since the first time I walked in there ).As always he answered my 101 questions told me everything that I needed done . I had not been into the service center for service in a while so he and I carefully went through the maintenance and prioritize what I could get done that day to reduce the cost to my budget. So thanks Alex, you rock! He got me into a loaner and I was off to the beach with no worries since I knew I was in good hands.
