I have purchase many cars over in the past and this experience was by far the easiest. Casey Duffy, the lead sales person for this deal, was very friendly and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase anything. I actually came to the dealership to look at a C350, but upgraded to an E350 because of the phenomenal pricing and finance deals. Brian Fader, the owner, took the time to thank me for my business and have a pleasant conversation. Drew Litherland did a wonderful job explaining all of the add-on options. He even loaned the new car to me overnight to help me make my decision. He also offered an incredibly fair and honest price for my trade-in E500. Michele Mitchell made the exhaustive signing process a breeze. She was able to explain every item on the paperwork efficiently and effectively. More
I recently purchased a new Mercedes for my wife from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. I came from Florida to buy this car. Before doing so I was on the phone w/Casey Duffy & completely impressed w/the obvious professionalism. While I was there I looked @ a few used cars and saw one & was able to drive it w/Casey. After going back home w/the car purchased for my wife, we spoke about the used car I saw. I called Casey w/any question I may not have asked & he was most helpful. I decided to purchase the car & did. For me to come from Florida to Annapolis to make a purchase clearly illustrates how impressed I am w/this dealership. Casey was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge & manner was great. Everyone I met during the two purchases were incredible to deal with. Wayne, Casey and Drew were the ultimte Sales Profesionals in dealing with my new E320 purchase. I Created a great deal of unnecessary work after buying one car and comming back the same day to swap for ano in dealing with my new E320 purchase. We met Al in the show room and made a connection instantly. There was no pressure, all of our questions were answered and after a great lunch we ended up leaving a deposit on a ML 350. The overall buying experience was like no other. Normally one can not wait to get out of the showroom. Not at Annapolis Mercedes. We were treated like royality from the sales staff, to the management to the finance office, remarkable. More
This is my 2nd vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, and Dean Cunningham was my sales associate on both occasions. Not only is he professional, low pressure, and knowledgeable, but he listens and react and Dean Cunningham was my sales associate on both occasions. Not only is he professional, low pressure, and knowledgeable, but he listens and reacts accordingly. Dean listened to what I wanted for the next vehicle I would buy (after my first experience), and he found exactly what I wanted the 2nd time around without me having to wonder if the car could be found, or if the transaction could work smoothly. Dean's attention to detail, calm disposition, and vehicle knowledge is what you expect when you buy a car like Mercedes, and you should expect nothing less. Drew, Michelle and Tom (Finance Team) were wonderful, and they too made both my experiences seamless and wonderful. More
I bought a used Toyota from this dealer, and greatly enjoyed the experience. At my initial test drive I was just looking for cars that I thought my husband would like. There was no pressure from Wayne enjoyed the experience. At my initial test drive I was just looking for cars that I thought my husband would like. There was no pressure from Wayne to make an immediate decision - he just answered all my questions professionally and was willing to let me leave with the vague promise to come back later for another look. When I came back later with my husband, Wayne was still remarkably low-pressure. Having bought a few used cars before, I am used to feeling pressured into making a decision right away, but Wayne was courteous and gave us space. He also pointed out flaws in the vehicle that the dealership would fix for me at no cost. Throughout the whole process they treated me as they would have one of their customers buying a Mercedes, even though I was buying the second most inexpensive car on the lot. In the end, we bought the car fairly quickly and there was still a cosmetic repair they wanted to make to to car. So they made an appointment to come down to my workplace in Annapolis and make the repair in my parking lot so that I would not be inconvenienced while they fixed it. I know I paid a couple hundred more for the vehicle than I could have elsewhere - but someone who is more comfortable negotiating could have done the same at this place. I'm just no good at negotiating, so that's nothing against the dealership. All in all, I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience, and I'm hoping the next time I am looking for a used car that this dealership happens to have gotten one on trade-in that will work for me!
