Mercedez benz of Annapolis, talk about the dealership of the year, the minute we walked in everybody was courteous, and welcoming. Then we met our sales person Mr. Casey Duffy, now that is the sales person the year, the minute we walked in everybody was courteous, and welcoming. Then we met our sales person Mr. Casey Duffy, now that is the sales person of the year. Casey took his time to explain to us in detail about the car we asked for. He walked in the lot with us to show us the different colors they have. He was able to answer every question we askde him without hesitation, he is very knowledgeable, I mean this guy knows his stuff(I mean Mercedez Benz stuff). When it was time to test drive the car, Casey did not rush us through, he explained all the features as we drove and encouraged us to ask questions, he explained more after the test drive. This guy Casey has an excellent customer service, he also has a good sense of humor. we had done research about the car prior to visting the dealership but we learned more from Casey in just an hour. When we decided to buy the car C300 4matic, Casey introduced us to Mr. Tom Stancavage from finance. Tom is funny, friendly and courteous at the same time; he had us laughing the whole time. Tom worked deligently to make sure we get the excellent and the lowest rate ever, thank you Tom. We are very happy that we chose the Mercedes benz of Annapolis, we are very happy that Casey was our sales person, we are very happy Tom was there to help us, but most of all we are very .happy with our C300 4matic. Before driving off the lot I was assured that if there were any problems that they were there to assist - Purchased on 11/28 - not long after a squeak started in the frontend - with being busy with the holidays and work I was not able to contact until 01/04 asking for some assistance even if nothing else than a courtesy inspection - needless to say it was refused. I’m also still waiting on the owed part that was guaranteed to be sent out. More

We walked into Mercedes of Annapolis to just look at a new GL vehicle for our family. We ended up walking out with, not only a GL, but a car as well! Casey Duffy was the most amazing sales person we hav new GL vehicle for our family. We ended up walking out with, not only a GL, but a car as well! Casey Duffy was the most amazing sales person we have ever come across. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and most off all just wanted us to be happy. We felt all along that he had our best interest in mind, and that is why we decided to invest in the Mercedes family for life! We will go through Casey in all future purchases. Not only was Casey amazing, but every single person on the Mercedes staff made us feel welcome and part of a family. We really loved how they got our license plates for us and made our lives 50 times easier, they did not have to do that, but they did and that is what makes this dealership stand out from all other dealerships we have dealt with. I just dropped in one day and asked for Michael. He had left me a voice mail after an internet inquiry. Luckily he was there even though it was his day off. I did have a car in mind, but I was offered many options after explaining my plight. We went out for a test drive and Michael explained all of the electronics that come with the newer model cars. I explained that I would never retain that much information, but was invited back at my convenience to go over everything again. I found my experience with Mercedes to be enjoyable. Things were explained fully and there was never any pushiness to purchase extras.
