Despite the fact that we were unfamiliar with the 2012 ML350's features and were unsure of exactly what we wanted, Doug was incredibly patient as he joined us in our (complicated and somewhat perplexing) decision-making process. Doug proved to be knowledgeable and trustworthy as he answered countless questions, explained every aspect of the car (often several times), and helped us find a car with our desired combination of options. As customers in the process of switching brands (we'd previously owned 3 Lexus SUVs), we were particularly grateful for Doug's willingness to let us go about this process at our own pace—we were never hurried or pressured—which is exactly what we would hope for from a luxury brand. Happily, we found all staff we encountered to be friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. More
Mr. Benso spent quite a bit of time with me upon delivery of the car. He wanted to be sure I had a good understanding of the car's features. From the moment I first made contact with this dealership the people were so nice and helpful. I called inquirying about a certified pre-owned vehicle that I saw on their website. I was immediately transfered over to sales and spoke to Wayne Discus. Wayne was an awesome sales representiative. He was so nice and he wasn't pushy at all! I told him which car I was interested in and that all I wanted was to just see the numbers and do some research on my own regarding the best financing options. He said okay and less than 30 minutes later I recieved a phone call back from him informing me of my APR rate and the bottom line. I did some research and a few days later I called him back. This dealership not only had te best price for the car but they also had the best financing option. Their prices could not be beat and I called around to other MD dealerships, VA dealerships, and even New Jersey dealerships. Wayne asked me if I wanted to come in for a test drive and I informed him that I wasn't ready to buy however I'll come in just to see the car. When I first pulled up to the dealership everyone was so nice and greeted me. I am in my mid 20's however I look even younger and I have been to a few dealerships before, and because I look so young they didn't take me seriously. Wayne was so nice and patient with me even thoough I had a lot of questions. He also was very professional and made me feel like I was a valued customer. After the test drive I went to Wayne's office and he called in Michele Mitchell, the finance manager. She was very nice as well. They offered me an even lower APR rate than what was originally qouted to me. They told me my APR would be 1.74% . The deal they gave me just seemed to get better. Even though I didn't plan on walking away that day with my dream car I ended up driving my car right off the lot. I purchased a 2011 C-300 with only 9,000 miles on it, and the price and APR rate were the cherry on top. I was sold and could not refuse their offer. I would definitely come back to this dealership and I recommend anyone to go here because they are so nice and friendly and they made my experience so wonderful. I have even told several of my friends and family. If you come here I would recommend you request Wayne as your sale rep because he is very nice and professional. He is not pushy at all and he gets all the information you need very quickly and there is no surprises when you come in the dealership. The prices and information he tells you is the same when you step foot into the dealership. I walked away happy and statisfied with my purchase. Im still smiling about it! More
Wasn't sure I was in the market for a car at this time but found an E-Class used vehicle at Annapolis Mercedes-Benz. That is when I walked in to the dealership and met immediatly Casey Duffy. Casey and I talked about the one car online but it was sold. Casey apologized and showed me what they had in the inventory and even mentioned that they had one coming in I might be interested in. Couple of days later I called Casey about a CLK they had in the back and he said "come on in" and I did, but this time Casey had a surprise for me upstairs in the showroom were he showed me a CLK 350 with low mileage and reasonable priced (Fell in love with it). Casey then showed me the rest of the inventory then I decided I wanted to move forward with the Black on Black CLK 350 Convertable. At this point I was trading in a 2003 Tahoe and putting 10,000 dollars down and wasn't sure I was going to get financing. Minutes later I was called into Drew Litherland office and was told he needed more information being the Sale Manager at the Mercedes in Annapolis. He was very professional and very private about our conversation and even ask someone to leave so no one else was involved. I gave Drew the required information, this was late Fridayy night, and went home hoping for the best. Through the hard work of the Mercedes team to include Tom Stancavage I was called by Tom on Saturday saying my loan was approved and that as soon as I had my down payment the car was mine. Within a couple of days I had the money and Casey had work very hard getting the car ready for delivery, I had some extras done, and I picked it up on Wednesday and a very very happy customer. If not for the effort of the Mercedes-Benx Annapolis team i would have never been driving this awesome car. I am very happy and this sale, it has made my move from Frederick MD to Annapolis complete. Thank you Guys and Michelle for all the hard work and dedication toward this sale. I will be back to trade up in a couple of years and will reccomend to my friends and family who are interested in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz that there is no other place but Mercedes-Benz Annapolis to get a complete deal. My wife (Lisa) and I have been leasing Mercedes-Benz automobiles for several decades and have leased the last four (4) vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis (Brian Fader and Doug Bouslog) and the rel automobiles for several decades and have leased the last four (4) vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis (Brian Fader and Doug Bouslog) and the relationship has been as perfect as possible. Doug Bouslog is simply unequaled in his knowledge, business acumen, friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile in satisfying our auto needs. My wife and I live in Pikesville, Maryland and the drive is 50 plus miles from Annapolis but it is never too much of an effort for Doug and Brian to send loaner cars to us and take our cars to Annapolis for service and then make the return to Pilesville with our car the next day. Our present leases on my E-350 and Lisa's Clk 350 convertible recently terminated on March 31, 2012 and we leased two (2) new cars ( mine is an E-350 and Lisa's is the same in the convertible). Doug was sensational along with Brian in giving us the best price and immediate attention to all aspects of the renewal. I personally was thinking of a different car (I have no idea why) and Doug and Brian made it "impossible" to go anywhere else. Dough has also made four (4) visits to our house in the past two (2) weeks to deliver each of us our new cars and to come back to correct the garage openers in both of our cars adn providing all forms and insurance documentation. On top of Doug's car expertise, he is also one of the most courteous salespersons I have ever dealt with in my 71 plus years and we are not even related or socially friendly. My husband and I were looking for and E550 Mercedes. There was one in our local area of Chesapeake, VA. however the dealership seemed to care less weather they sold the car or not, so we started search There was one in our local area of Chesapeake, VA. however the dealership seemed to care less weather they sold the car or not, so we started searching elswhere. The only other dealership was in Va. Beach and they offered to help us find one. As it turned out we widened the radius and wound up in Annapolis thinking if nothing else it was a nice drive for the day. Well........we drove back home in 2 cars. Working with Al Zayas was a pleasure and his knowledge was beyond what we expected. I loved driving my new pre-owned MB home. He was very helpful in every aspect of the transaction.
