I bought my first car (Mercedes C350) from Doug Bouslog this weekend. I only went to “look,” but Doug was first rate in explaining the car and its features to me, and I was hooked. I didn’t feel pressured to buy during the test drive, but given the look and quality of the car and Doug’s extensive knowledge and friendly disposition, I couldn’t leave the dealership without it. Everyone in the dealership, from Doug, to the finance manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Although I went with my father (who is much more well versed in cars than I am), Doug understood that I was the one purchasing the car and therefore gave me the attention and focused on my particular wants in a car. Prior to purchasing this car, I imagined the process to be a daunting one. It wasn’t. Especially for a first-time buyer. Before leaving the dealership on Saturday, Doug synced by BlackBerry to the car (via Bluetooth), walked me through all of the dashboard features, and even suggested a few songs to play on my first drive. He was absolutely great. I definitely plan on recommending Doug, and the whole team at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks for everything Doug! More

Over the course of a week I worked with Steve as my wife and I determined what the best vehicle for her would be. Then the entire team at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis managed to get us through the entire purchase and financing process (special thanks to Tom and Derek), using our credit union, even though we hadn't begun yet, and we were able to drive the car home that evening. We've purchased many vehicles, this is our 9th Mercedes, but have never had as enjoyable, comfortable, and professional experience as this from any dealership. The complete staff that was dealing with me was reasonable in the end, but I wished that it were that way in the beginning. My first initial response when dealing with the sales person here was that I was not going to get the exact type of car I wanted but instead get a car that is available to be sold to me. I was persistent with the exact things I wanted in the car so everything turned out okay for me. I do think there are room for improvement at this dealership from the sales staff. However, the upper level staff was more acceptable in my opinion. More

Wow the service I received from the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Annapolis was top notch. I would definitely recommend this dealership. His manager Drew Litherland, was very pleasant, he bought us lunch and gave us hats and mugs; my husband and I felt welcomed. We had previously visited the BMW dealership in Annapolis there is no comparison of the service we received at the Mercedes-Benz dealer, it doesn't get any better than the service we received at the Mercedes-Benz dealership. The finance Manager Thomas Stancavage was great to work with, no fuss, we went in and signed the papers and had our keys in less than 30 minutes, he was hilarious. Adrian Turner was very patient with me, I could not make my mine up on whether I wanted the rails on top of my new GL550, he put one on to show me then I asked him to take it off, he did without any fuss, he was very pleasant and patient with us.
