This was one of my best new car purchase experiences! There were no hassles or unwanted surprises; just a great deal that was transparent and honest. Wayne and crew went out of their way to order the car exactly the way we wanted it. They went so far as to inform Mercedes of North America that the dealer order system had a bug that needed fixing, rather than just accepting a "no" on our desired configuration. Bottom line: Mercedes fixed the bug, and all customers can now order a C250 with leather. Wayne and the rest were also willing (and competent) conspirators in helping me surprise my wife with this new car. She WAS surprised, she is thrilled, and we all had fun in the process. More
