I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and especially Doug Bouslog. When my wife wanted to replace her BMW we also decided to consider BMW as well as Mercedes Benz. We visited a number of BMW and M-B dealers in the immediate area, all of which we thought were a sub-par in one way or another. They all exhibited stereotypic negative automobile dealership behaviors. Doug and M-B of Annapolis made the new car selection and buying process effortless. We have two Mercedes dealers within 10 minutes of our home, and another about 20 mintues away. After talking with Doug via e-mail and phone we decided to drive an hour away to Annapolis. The entire dealership from the receptionist to the GM projects a very pleasant atmosphere and buying experience. The new car has arrived and we've just picked it up. The delivery process was effortless and Dough has followed up to ensure everything is as it should be. I haven't experienced service yet, but have every reason to believe it will match the purchase experience and my expectations. More

I had never met Doug before but with his gregarious personality we soon became fast friends. His approach to introducing me to a new Mercedes was all out. No question was too trivial(and I had many of them)and no effort was spared in finding an answer for me. He was in short the consummate salesman never pushing but factual and correct with every issue. My leasing experience could not have been more pleasant. Doug went out of his way to see that I was taken care of and I greatly appreciate his efforts. More

My wife and I bought a pre-owned 2003 Lexus SC430 last weekend, and M-B of Annapolis was fantastic all around! Doug took us on the test drive and was very helpful during the visit, with no "high-pressure" weekend, and M-B of Annapolis was fantastic all around! Our great experience during the test drive visit was a big factor in our decision to buy the car. When we went back the next day, Doug and the team were outstanding during the paperwork and trade-in process, and they detailed the car to look as good as when it was new! We also found M-B of Annapolis' pricing on pre-owned vehicles to be very good. We would highly recommend M-B of Annapolis to anyone in the area looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle and a customer-friendly buying experience! More

He made me feel as if my request was important to him and assured me that the service I needed could be provided. And, I arrived at the shop WITHOUT an appointment, as my car had an unexpected breakdown. Despite being very busy, he saw that my car was repaired in a very short time. Troy is an example of the best of customer service. thank you, Troy! Dave Fagley, the technician who serviced my car, was very helpful in explaining the problem and describing what was required to fix it. If you have a particular car you are looking for, Michael will guide you to that car and throughly explain all the features. He is very knowledgeable on all the Mercedes products. When the time comes to make your decision, Michael is there to help you through all the options, from leasing, purchasing, financing, and completing the paperwork. Before you drive off with your new car, Michael goes over the car completely and explains all the cool options. He takes his time to make sure he answers all your questions, and offers you to call him anytime if he can be of assistance. However, because of its age we were concerned about what might go wrong unexpectedly. The comprehensive review that was offered was just what we needed. And when we met with Troy, we were very happy with how he made the system work for us. As a result a number of key problems were identified and repaired. The work took a few days to complete but a loaner car was made available to us. In addition, we commend the attitudes and helpfulness of everyone we came in contact with. They were honest about when it made sense to buy an extra service and when it was going to be a waste of money. They also offer a service to pick up your car and drop off a loaner so you do not have to drive to the service center. I can't wait to buy our second MB. More

I have had our GL 450 in on numerous occassions for minor repairs or scheduled maintenance services. We have been happy to date. If there is any complaint, it would be the cost of repairs. I have no issue with service cost, but it seems the service department would discount percentages based on the amount of repairs or service. I am looking to replace our GL in the near future. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it because we have always had it gargaged and it only has 41,200 miles on it. I will replace hers before deciding on either the CL or AMG class for myself.
