Everything about visiting Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was an extremely pleasant surprise. Mike Benso met me at the entrance and couldn't have made me feel more at home. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz, in general, and the car I was purchasing, in particular. But let me add, everyone I met at the dealership, from the detail men to the financial manager were all about making this trip an enjoyable one. And I drove 299 miles to get there! Before I departed. Mike gave an excellent briefing on the multitude of features the E350 has. I was now ready "to roll". I'd recommend Mercedes Benz of Annapolis to anyone. More

My husband and I were looking for a 2011 Chevy Cruze with low miles, and found a low-mileage great-looking Cruze at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Not only are we very happy with the Cruze, but working with Chr low miles, and found a low-mileage great-looking Cruze at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Not only are we very happy with the Cruze, but working with Chris Tarsa and the finance manager, Tom, was a very pleasant experience. Unlike many car-buying experiences we've had, there was no pressure and no haggling. Both Chris and Tom are great guys who know alot about cars. Although the dealership is 75 miles from where we live, we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis for a car in the future. Thanks Chris and Tom for a great car-buying experience. Wayne gave me an unbelievable price on a brand new 2012 CLS 550 4matic without the hassle of negotiating. In addition to his excellent salesmanship, he treated my entire family with the utmost respect and courtesy. Wayne delivered the vehicle himself to my residence and went over all of the features. I truly cannot wait to buy the new G550 when it is released in a few months because it will give me an opportunity to do another purchase with Wayne and Mercedes of Annapolis. Wayne is a true gem at Mercedes of Annapolis and I cannot recommend him enough! More

I live in Virginia and found a used car on the internet that was advertised by Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. From the first phone call that I made to them just obtaining information on the car, I had a tota that was advertised by Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. From the first phone call that I made to them just obtaining information on the car, I had a totally pleasant experience. I was fortunate to talk to Wayne Discus who was knowledgable, friendly and professional. It was the most stress free and simple process that I have had purchasing a car and this was because of Wayne and Tom in Finance. Both went out of their way to make it a smooth process and great experience. Special thanks to Wayne for even delivering my 2012 Mustang GT to me so that I could start enjoying it sooner! I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

We had such a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. We had visited another Mercedes Benz dealership the day before and didn't have a pleasurable experience, so we weren't sure what to expec Annapolis. We had visited another Mercedes Benz dealership the day before and didn't have a pleasurable experience, so we weren't sure what to expect. However, we got a great first impression of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis from our sales rep, Casey Duffy. He was personable and explained everything to us. He wasn't too aggressive or pushy, but calm and relaxed as he walked us through each process. The dealership had an excellent sale going on the day we bought the vehicle so we were able to get our 2010 E350 at a great price and low interest rate. The financing rep, Tom Stancavage, was funny and honest with us. He was transparent in showing us how we could get the lowest monthly payment. As a parting gift, they gave us two Mercedes Benz key chains and a pen. During the process my husband and I mentioned how hungry we were, so Casey gave us a card to a local seafood restaurant in the area. I highly recommend this dealership to other consumers. More

I wanted a very specific vehichle and features. I was very fortunate to find it at Annapolis Mercedes and even more fortunate getting Al Zayas as their salesperson. He was very patient, accomadating, pro very fortunate to find it at Annapolis Mercedes and even more fortunate getting Al Zayas as their salesperson. He was very patient, accomadating, professional and provided an enjoyable environment to conduct business. I have not purchased a car through a dealership in over 15 years and was dreading having to live through the experience. However it turned out to be a very pleasent purchase and I highly recommend any potential buyer to ask for Al specifically. More

AT 7:30AM DID NOT GET A CALL TILL 5:34 (MISSED IT)...CALLED BACK AT 5:41 (CALLED SEVERAL TIMES) TILL I GOT SOMEONE AT 5:50 PLACED ON HOLD TILL I HEARD A DIAL TONE......CALLED BACK SAT.
