I started looking for a new vehicle a few weeks ago and was interested in Range Rover, the X5, and of course, the ML. I was a walk in and was greeted by Michael Benso. I am a younger gentleman so I dressed down to see how serious I would be taken as this is something I will do from time to time. I was greeted very quickly. Mike was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and was thorough and knowledgeable about the ML. To my surprise, I found out that I went to school with his kids years ago, so we hit it off well! After test driving all of the aforementioned vehicles, I came back to visit Mike a second time for an extended test drive. This greatly assisted in finalizing my decision. I still wanted to wait a bit more time to make my purchase, but they gave me a great deal that I just couldn't walk away from, in which I feel both parties were quite satisfied. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and had no buyer's remorse. I enjoy walking out to my garage to see a brand new 2013 ML350! PS - I am also a BMW M3 owner, so even after being partial to BMW for so many years, the ML's features and the quality service at MB Annapolis are both what swayed my decision and it was one that I made comfortably. It was clear to us that he was genuinely interested in finding us the right car at the right price as opposed to someone interested only in making a sale; he was patient with us every step of the way and really made us feel comfortable at the dealership. And as we worked through the financial aspects of buying a car, Dustin was great in making all of the financial particulars transparent (his computer screen was always turned toward us) so that we knew exactly what we were paying for and understood everything.
