He picked us up at our house and brought us to the dealership, so that we would not have to worry about having an extra car there. The dealership is located 1 hour from our house. We wanted a car with specific safety features. They did not have it at the Annapolis dealership. They searched to find a car and did find it in Silver Spring. They were willing to go beyond their own inventory to satisfy us. We believe the safety features on our C-class 300 are important. Additionally, the ride of the car is terrific. We compared it to the models of similar manufacturers. The other cars in the same category did not offer these features, and we found the prices to be considerably higher. I have previously owned 7 Mercedes over the years and I was moving from my 5th 500 CL to my next vehicle. He knew the history of the car and knew all that were available in the region and their respective prices. He negotiated a very fair deal with me. Dustin Howard is the finance manager and acquired financing at a rate that was below what was actually advertised. He was helpful with the extended warranty which I purchased along with prepaid maintenance up to the 40,000 mile service. To any person reading this ,it was a great deal and I highly recommend it. After the purchase I stopped by with some questions ,my salesman was off that day so Mike Scherl helped me .
