Michael Benso was extremely knowledgable and courteous. I came to the dealership looking at two different models (GL 450 & R 350) in order to decide which would work best for our family. Michael was very thorough in showing the various features of each model. In addition to showing me both models he undoubtedly "sold" me on the many wonderful features that Mercedes-Benz has to offer. In the end, the R 350 won out. Given that it's no longer exported to the USA as of 2013 a CPO model was our only option. Unfortunately, Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis only had one to offer and it did no have the seat configuration we were looking for. I will HIGHLY recommend Michael Benso to anyone looking for a Mercedes Benz! More

Casey was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. When I mentioned that I might get a higher amount for my trade-in vehicle from Car-max, Casey went on-line and got me a better trade from concerns. Casey took extra time to find me the specific vehicle that met my needs even thought the price was lower on that vehicle than others I considered. He answered various questions and provided names of specific individuals I could deal with regarding service of my newly purchased vehicle.
