Dean was fair in developing the terms of our deal and never pushy or obtuse. Darnell later spent hours with us going over the features and operations of the car, compensating for our lack of technical expertise. Even Larry the Finance Manager was easy to work with and didn't push us to buy collateral products. Mike, another Sales Manager was also very helpful.
