Even Miller Toyota has far better goodies - Donuts, etc. At MB of Anaheim - Nothing but a coffee machine. Servicing a Mercedes is not cheap. At Toyota, service is cheap. Why does MB of Anaheim offer no pastries, no news papers? They should visit Fletcher Jones Motor Cars or House of Imports, or even Miller Toyota and see how it's done. Fix the waiting room - and Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim's service can't be beat. More

Fast, on time, friendly. I brought my MBZ E350 for routine oil change and to resolve a squeaky belt. They expedited my check in and provided a loaner vehicle for the duration I brought my MBZ E350 for routine oil change and to resolve a squeaky belt. They expedited my check in and provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of my service. By the end the day I got the text message that my car was done. Needed new tires, but I already knew that and was taking care of it the next day... That being said, I very much appreciate that MB doesn't push you if you aren't interested in taking care of a specific fix right then and there unless absolutely necessary. More
