My experience was not good until the mgr stepped up. I would like to recommend that, if car has been serviced and wash and ready for pick up. There should be a cashier that can facilitate that every day would like to recommend that, if car has been serviced and wash and ready for pick up. Julie was very helpful and communicated pricing and the different service procedures very effectively. She explained the different options between the A service and the B service and took time to help me w different service procedures very effectively. I have to say that Kellin is by far the most professional and personable service advisor I have had the pleasure of working with. He is sincere, friendly, consistent and dependable. I felt like it was a Saturn dealership not a Mercedes Dealer when they were arguing over a gallon of gas for the loaner car. Wanted to charge me for 3 gallons when I drove a whopping 36 miles in a C250 n Dealer when they were arguing over a gallon of gas for the loaner car.
