Efficient & thorough I brought my daughters car on for service which she drove down from college after class and had to return the next morning. They completed service but then noticed a nail in tire. They fixed her tire as well and made it back to college on time. When I go to the dealer for service or to get a new car, I feel more like I going to see my "family"...they know me on a first name basis and have taken the time to get to know me a level more personal than just a customer. A1 Service for our C-Class We took our C-Class in for A1 service and the cost of the service was to be $199.95. Very recently we received in the mail a discount coupon valued at $100 on any service bill of $200 or more. Would you believe that we were a "xxxx" nickle ($0.05) short of reaching the $200 amount required to redeem the $100 coupon. We explained the dilemma to Craig Duchsherer and ask him if he could recommend additional service valued at least $0.05 to get us over the $200 minimum. He was happy to recommend a "Performance Oil Change/Flush" valued at $79.95 and everything worked out very well. A further conversation with Craig revealed that our son had played football with Craig's brother at Brea Olinda High School so we had more in common than we had first believed. Our visit to Mercedes-Benz Service Department and Mr. Dechsherer was a personal pleasure as well as well as a very professional experience. More

David also, checked to see if this adjustment and reparir was covered by my extended warranty. David gave me the approximate time it would take to complete my service and he periodically would check on me to reassure me that everything possible was being done to get me out on a timely manner. This included the car wash and the adjustments for my visit. David deserves a commendation for an excellent job well done! More
