The service dept that ALWAYS pleases! When you bring your car in for servicing there are certain things you worry about! Not at MB of Anaheim! Upon entering you are greeted, your carpets are immediately covered as is the drivers seat so anything it takes to make your car right, does not transfer over to the inside of your vehicle! At that point your personal service representative, mines Dave Luirette, comes out to greet you, look your car over and then escorts you inside to take care of business! Naturally there are refreshments if you so desire, and upon returning to pick up your vehicle, everything is handled right at your Service Representative's desk, including payment for the services rendered! When your car comes back to you, not only has it been cleaned inside and out, but everything has been brought back inside to your personal settings! Mercedes Benz of Anaheim's service deptartment is second to none as Chris, the service manager, runs a tight ship over there, and guy's like Dave are real professional's and know how to treat a customer right! If you're tired of getting the run around, which believe it or not, does exist even in some Benz dealerships, go to MB of Anaheim! You'll never go anywhere else! Guaranteed! More
