Very satisfied I was helped every step of the way. Every thing was explained to me. I knew what I came in for but they explained all that were planned to be done to I was helped every step of the way. Every thing was explained to me. I knew what I came in for but they explained all that were planned to be done to the vehicle, most especially connecting the SUV to a machine that checks for at least a thousand items. And it is very re- assuring to be told that this preventive maintenance will help me and my MB get through for the next 10K. That is peace of mind and is quite pleasing to an owner, like me.
