Jean Youkhaneh - Excellent service My car went in for a 60,000 service. Jean was courteous and answered all my questions regarding the scheduled maintenance that was due. Since my car is a lease and we will probably only be keeping it for another year, he didn't try to "sell" me extra services that I wouldn't need if we were keeping it for the long haul. He let me know upfront that the service department was very busy and that my car probably wouldn't be done the same day. This was fine, since I had already requested a loaner car, but I appreciated the additional heads up in planning my schedule. When I left my garage door transmitter in the loaner car upon its return, Jean helped me to retrieve it. Thanks, Jean, for your professionalism and great customer service! More
