Would you believe that we were a "xxxx" nickle ($0.05) short of reaching the $200 amount required to redeem the $100 coupon. We explained the dilemma to Craig Duchsherer and ask him if he could recommend additional service valued at least $0.05 to get us over the $200 minimum. He was happy to recommend a "Performance Oil Change/Flush" valued at $79.95 and everything worked out very well. A further conversation with Craig revealed that our son had played football with Craig's brother at Brea Olinda High School so we had more in common than we had first believed.
