Cory is great! My friends had been getting their Mercedes from Cory. Before contacting him, I was in touch with several other dealerships, but I just wasn't getting My friends had been getting their Mercedes from Cory. Before contacting him, I was in touch with several other dealerships, but I just wasn't getting a deal good enough. Then, I started texting Cory, and he gave me all the numbers through emails/texts. On the day of the deal, I just emailed him all my info, and after work, I went to pick up the car. The whole process took less than an hour. Best experience with any dealer. More

Since my car is a lease and we will probably only be keeping it for another year, he didn't try to "sell" me extra services that I wouldn't need if we were keeping it for the long haul. He let me know upfront that the service department was very busy and that my car probably wouldn't be done the same day. This was fine, since I had already requested a loaner car, but I appreciated the additional heads up in planning my schedule. When I left my garage door transmitter in the loaner car upon its return, Jean helped me to retrieve it. Thanks, Jean, for your professionalism and great customer service! More
