Worst service experience ever with Mercedes Benz of Anaheim. I made an appointment with Mercedes Benz to repair my car. The repair needed was on the left side of the vehicle. On Monday I was informe Anaheim. I made an appointment with Mercedes Benz to repair my car. The repair needed was on the left side of the vehicle. On Monday I was informed that the car will be ready by Friday On Friday I call to get an update and that's when they gave me the news of the damages done to the right side of my car. I asked them to make sure it's my car because there was no damages done when the car was left off. Looking at the picture it was clear that my vehicle was was crashed into and they assured me that it is my car. They quickly blamed me for leaving my car with the crash on the right side when it was not true, so I denied it. Knowing the place has cameras I asked them to check their cameras to see who is responsible for the damages. They let me know they were going to review the camera and i was going to get a call back. Five days had passed and I had no news from them. On the sixth day, which was a Thursday, I personally went to talk about the problem with Mike Dehdashti. On Friday they called me blaming me and threatening me that I should be very careful what I said. They said we reviewed the videos and you brought your car with the hit. Instantly I went to the Dealer to see the videos, I went with Mike Dehdashti, he refused to show me the video properly by showing me short clips of how it was after and cutting through clips. it was obviously he was hiding something and he wanted me to accept the damage, I told him bring my car through the entrance and let's compare the videos. He refused to do so. He no longer wanted to show me the videos, he got up from his chair trying to say get out of my office. I went to my car to make a claim with my insurance, suddenly they call me to tell me to take your car and we don't want to have it here. I told them until I talk to my insurance company. They called me again, threatening me, if you don't take your car, you're going to pay $ 100 per day for storage. They no longer want to finish the scratch, the work is incomplete. When I picked up my car, the sensors came on indicating the damage, also inside my car it has a strange smell, It was clear that the seats were adjusted and the vehicle was used by them. More
