Mercedes Anaheim does not complete requirements for CPO vehicles. This dealership cuts corners, providing false information that later costs the client nothing but expensive issues related to their unethic vehicles. Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles bring a premium purchase price in exchange for a vehicle that meets high minimum criteria. No alignment was completed as documented on Vehicle Master Inquiry for CPO thats required to be executed prior to the sale of the vehicle. Tire Report evaluation by Mercedes Tire Specialist reports front right tire has "abnormal premature exterior wear", vehicle tire unsafe required replacement of one (1) front right tire for "premature wear" due to lack of alignment at CPO. Anaheim Mercedes Benz (Caliber Motors) refuses to provide needed maintenance after vehicle not properly Certified prior to sale, no alignment was performed as required for CPO as confirmed on VMI, $630.74 customer loss.
