(The ONLY reason I'm giving one star is because there isnt an option for zero stars). Apparently, leasing two cars and buying my current car from Mercedes Benz Anaheim (MBA) isnt worthy of geting a lo isnt an option for zero stars). Apparently, leasing two cars and buying my current car from Mercedes Benz Anaheim (MBA) isnt worthy of geting a loaner car during service. One can buy/lease a Mercedes from any dealership, so it call comes down to quality of service. And its obvious that MBA fails miserably in that category. My Class B was due and, like Ive done for the last 5 years, I took it in for service. This time I was told that my factory warranty was expired and they wouldnt give me a loaner. I explained that my factory warranty didnt expire for another 12 months (June 2023), but was told that they changed their policy and would only provide Lyft service. At that point, knowing I would never again step in that dealership again, I played along and gave them my address. They then told I was TWO miles past the 15 mile radius for a free Lfty ride and was denied that as well. I then continued my complaint about how I was being treated, especially being such a loayl customer to MBA. The person said they would speak to their manager about my concerns and call me back afer lunch. This was last Tuesday. Apparently, they take very long lunches at MBA because I've yet to receive that call. The is a silver lining to this review. I went to Mercedes Benz West Covina (MBWC) and they treated me with respect, kindness, prompt service, wonderful amenities, and yes, a loaner while my car was being serviced. All my future car purchases/leases will be with MBWC. More
