My experience was not good until the mgr stepped up. I would like to recommend that, if car has been serviced and wash and ready for pick up. Julie was very helpful and communicated pricing and the different service procedures very effectively. She explained the different options between the A service and the B service and took time to help me w different service procedures very effectively. I have to say that Kellin is by far the most professional and personable service advisor I have had the pleasure of working with. He is sincere, friendly, consistent and dependable. Whenever I have an issue, I immediately call Kellin. Together with Mike Dehdashti, I always feel I am getting the best service at MB of Anaheim Hills.
