Even Miller Toyota has far better goodies - Donuts, etc. At MB of Anaheim - Nothing but a coffee machine. Servicing a Mercedes is not cheap. At Toyota, service is cheap. Why does MB of Anaheim offer no pastries, no news papers? They should visit Fletcher Jones Motor Cars or House of Imports, or even Miller Toyota and see how it's done. Fast, on time, friendly. I brought my MBZ E350 for routine oil change and to resolve a squeaky belt. They expedited my check in and provided a loaner vehicle for the duration I brought my MBZ E350 for routine oil change and to resolve a squeaky belt.
