It isn’t often that you walk into a car dealership on a Sunday afternoon to be greeted by truly friendly staff that aren’t pressuring you to buy a car. The experience was particularly gratifying for me, because Lance had not driven a car for 20 years and this was his first car purchase/lease. I’m sure he’s read or heard stories about nightmares at dealerships which added to his apprehension, but when he walked away Sunday he could not have been more pleased and extremely excited. He was like a kid in a candy shop for the first time. Kathy and Deborah, you really helped him through this transaction with your kindness, sincerity and truly positive spirit. The professionalism you afforded him throughout the process is commendable. I think you both went above and beyond the call of duty spending whatever time was necessary to ensure he clearly understood the transaction and working with him to find a manageable final number.
