My "go to" MB dealership had always been the American Service Center in Arlington, but in negotiations, they were unbending and brittle. They seemed not eager to accommodate the customer. Excellent Service provided by Zackery Faley Eventhough my last repair was under warranty and cost me nothing. He is always friendly and professional and extremely knowleageable. He keeps me informed of the work that needs to be done, the projected costs and when the car will be ready. Whether its's scheduled maintenance or an unscheduled issue, Zackery lets me know what to expect. The work is done right the first time and if any problems come up relating to the work, they are immediately taken care of with no questions asked. Zackery always try to get me the best service price with discounts or promotions. I can't think of anything else that can be done to improve this service experience. More
