Great sales org, great service shop I live pretty close to this place (Annandale / Alexandria) and bought a car from them in 2015 and was really happy with the experience. I've bought 6 cars in my life and this was the best to date. The salesman is no longer there, so I can't call him out, but let's just say that this time, I didn't have the overwhelming urge to take a shower after buying a car. The real gem here is the service department. I've had 2 great service advisors, Chris Browne and Chris McGrane. When Chris Browne left the service department I was worried that I would get different/worse service when I bring my car in. It turns out that my current service advisor, Chris McGrane, is great as well; he and the team always manage to go a little above and beyond in some way to get me taken care of. I've probably had to bring my car in 10 times or so for maintenance, etc. and although there have been a couple minor issues here and there, everything gets resolved well in the end. - Great waiting room while your car is being worked on - Free car washes whenever (prob assuming you buy the car from them) - Responsive - Courtesy cars More

I also want to thank Troy's manager, his name slipped my mind but between the two of you, y’all made this happen and i am greatly appreciative. Troy's customer service was impeccable. He was easy to talk with in regards to any questions or concerns I had and he just made the entire experience seamless, from the introduction, car overview, test drive as well as any paperwork that needed to be completed. I can't forget Deborah Hannon the financial manager at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria. What an amazing person she is. She walked me through all of the paperwork, again answering any and all questions I had along the way. What a fun lady to be around. This is the first luxury car I've ever purchased and I only have one regret, work is only a 20 minute drive from home. What a shame! More
