I didn’t realize my appointment would normally take 3 to 4 hours. After being told this I told my service advisor that I had to pickup my daughter in 2.5 hours. I have always brought my car to Mercedes-Benz in the past and I had always been satisfied with the service however this time my car was there since July 2022. My car was somehow damaged in transport and I had to pay for it Mercedes-Benz towed my car twice and another dealer towed it once I was not expecting the bill that I received and I was very disappointed that they would not take responsibility that possibly the car was damaged and towing the driveshaft was damaged so I had to pay an extra $2000 for that More

I was quoted $300 for the battery and the technician Amanda made sure that I didn't have to pay the 550 that she had when she when I got to the front desk she worked with me so I appreciate that.
