I took my 2021 sprinter van for the SOS update. I scheduled with them months before hand. Took my van in and it was at the shop from Tuesday morning till Saturday afternoon and they still were not I scheduled with them months before hand. Took my van in and it was at the shop from Tuesday morning till Saturday afternoon and they still were not able to get the update completed. They told me they were waiting on some hardware parts that hadn’t arrived yet. I needed my van for work on Monday so I had to pick it up before the repairs could be made. Tried to reschedule the repairs but I didn’t get a call back from Chad. I got the feeling like this Mercedes shop is overwhelmed and not very organized, most likely there are kids running service department. More
The staff is friendly, but there was significant lack in communication after dropping off our vehicle. I ended up having to drive to the service department at close of business to get an update after having communication after dropping off our vehicle. I ended up having to drive to the service department at close of business to get an update after having received no communication the entire day and not being able to reach anyone by phone. The car was not ready for pick up and I had to return again the next day. Overall, a dissatisfying experience. More
