My Service for CLA 250 at Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma I had never had a problem with scheduling or getting my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz. The staff are always helpful. THE BEST OR NOTHING Actually every one of my MBZ of Tacoma experiences have been top notch, including more than a year ago when a parts guy saved me huge trouble guessing Actually every one of my MBZ of Tacoma experiences have been top notch, including more than a year ago when a parts guy saved me huge trouble guessing correctly my symptom with an immobile G-wagon ; a $200 part that I could change myself (crank angle sensor behind engine ) . A service guy "Stirling" who Helpfully received a car shipped from Florida and got it aligned and serviced before I ever had my hands on the SLK . Bringing my fiancé to the dealership to receive her shiney SLK320 roadster was the best gift presentation I have been able to provide for many years . Not all my MBZ dealerships have been good - MBZ of Seattle was a disaster fixing my Smart car . Prices are astronomical , but I have always taken that as a "given" between SF Peninsula , Sacramento , Reno , and Tacoma dealerships where I have had my many MBZ vehicles starting in the early 1970s; 1965 300SE, 1960 190SL , 1961 190SL, 1982 280SL, Fleet of five 309D buses, 1962 404 Unimog , 2007 C280 4matic, 2006 G55, 2000 SLK230, 2001 SLK320 , 2004 SLK320, 2001 E320 4matic, 2000 E430 4matic . My sonroof detached while I was driving on I5 Receptionist was excellent. She was patient and courteous. She answered all my questions and concerns.Since I had waited long time I only showed and explained my concern.She offered to correct and remedy my concerns but I had to leave. - While driving on I5 I heard a hissing noise from passenger side of my Sunroof and I decided to get off and inspect. Just prior to exit hissing noise became a bit louder then followed by popping sound.I got off the exit an I did not see my Sunroof glass.I thought it was still stuck under the roof gap. I found out from Her that there was no glass inside the food gap. Prior to taking my car to your repair shop I had to purchase and install special film over where Sunroof and tape it down to keep rain away and be able to drive for an hour to your repair shop - carwash was the worst I had seen. - tape over the car roof still was there - old gasket was not replaced around the Sunroof. All of these should have been completed prior to my complaint as More
