Although, they were efficient in the cash out procedures there was a lack of customer connection. They are the face of your company and generally, the last company representative a customer encounters before they leave the service area. It appears there are opportunities for further customer service/connection training for the cashiers that reflect the mission of your company. More

Not fixed I brought my sprinter in for service B. Which was fine. Got a rental car was fine. Told the service desk about my center light in the van and how it w I brought my sprinter in for service B. Which was fine. Got a rental car was fine. Told the service desk about my center light in the van and how it wasn’t working they said no problem, went to pick the van up the next day and they charged me 175$ just to change a light bulb. If I would have known how much it was I would have said nevermind and Ill change it myself. Then drove the van home and the light wasn’t fixed. I’m 45 minutes to and hour away and they said just bring it back. Such bull crap. Do your job guys, if I showed up to work and said I did a job and got paid for it and never did then I would be fired. More
