Did not Fix. We brought our 2011 ML350 in for the our "A" service and advised the service advisor that the left rear break light was out and asked them to replace We brought our 2011 ML350 in for the our "A" service and advised the service advisor that the left rear break light was out and asked them to replace it. When we paid the bill I check the paperwork and it said that the break light had been replaced and the warning was no longer coming on. When we were over half way home my wife noticed the warning light was still on and the light was not working. I expect better service from a luxury car dealer. More

This year was a totally different experience. From the time I walked in it felt like people were genuinely wanting to help and nice to talk to, and Korey was kind and patient with me which in turn made me feel comfortable handing my keys over to him.
